Position Overview: Tower Architect & Operations Manager

Role Overview: As the Tower Architect & Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide expert technical guidance in the planning, design, and day-to-day operations management of the designated tower, encompassing platform, database, middleware, and backup systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and scalability while leading architectural designs and strategic initiatives to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities for Wipro’s Lead administrator

1. Architecture Planning and Design:
   • Spearhead architecture planning, migration, and installation for new projects within the tower.
   • Lead the design of scalable and extensible solutions tailored to system requirements.
   • Conduct comprehensive technology capacity planning for current and future needs.
2. Operations Management:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
   • Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity.
   • Manage upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and configuration functions for the tower.
3. Performance Optimization:
   • Review technical performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
   • Develop shift rosters to ensure uninterrupted tower operations.
   • Create and update operational documents and reports for stakeholders.
4. Team Management in Wipro:
   • Forecast talent requirements and ensure appropriate staffing for the team.
   • Facilitate recruitment, training, and career progression for team members.
   • Drive engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores, and promote diversity in leadership roles.
